Per Signature policy, all orders are bulk shipped to the facility address and this cannot be changed during check out.

If you attempt to change the address and your order is incorrectly shipped we are not responsible for your lost or incorrectly shipped order(s).

All Products Include Embroidered Logo.

All tops and jackets (excluding underscrubs) MUST include an approved SHC logo.

If you do not choose a logo by clicking on the "Please Select Logo" drop down menu, your order will automatically be decorated with the standard SHC logo.

We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange when we apply the standard logo for orders that do not have the appropriate logo selected.
