What does “OSFA” mean?

OSFA stands for “one size for all.” This applies to items such as hats, bags or notebooks where different size options are not available.

How long does it take to get my order?

Most wearables on this site are produced “on-demand” and are not already in inventory with the Carilion Clinic logo. It takes 7 - 10 business days from order to delivery of your item. Accessories may already be printed and may deliver within 5 days.

What logo options are available?

All items will be embroidered/printed with the approved Carilion Clinic logo. In accordance with Carilion’s brand guidelines, the color of the logo depends on the color of the item ordered. On apparel, the consumer will have the option of choosing their logo. Please choose carefully as dark logos do not look good on dark garments and light logos do not look good on light garments. All logo choices made by the consumer are final. The logo application (embroidery, screen print, emboss, etc.) depends on the item and is predetermined with Carilion Clinic and the manufacturer. Additional customization is not available on individual items.

Order tracking

How will I know my order has been received by AllCustomWear?

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing an order. This email will include your order number.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, click on the Order Tracking tab. Input your order number to view the status.

How will I know my order has shipped?

When your order ships, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number. Visit ups.com to track the status of a shipment.

Payments and gift cards

How do I pay for my purchase?

Debit or credit card

You may pay with a debit or credit card for all orders. AllCustomWear accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards. The charge will appear on your statement as “AllCustomWear”.

Gift credit

If you have a gift credit, the amount will appear in the upper right corner of the page when you log into your account. This amount will be automatically applied to your order during check out. Any remaining gift credit will be available for future purchases. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift credit, you will be prompted to complete your purchase with a credit or debit card.

Purchase order

To pay for bulk orders via purchase order, please contact Linda Schwarzkopf to set up a PO account.

How can I check the balance on a gift credit?

When you log into your account, your gift credit balance will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

Can I use a PO number?

For bulk orders, your local procurement team may require that you use a PO number. Please check the order and billing process with your local procurement team before making a bulk order. To set up a PO account, please contact Linda Schwarzkopf , who will assist you with the process.

Shipping

What service will be used to ship my items?

AllCustomWear uses UPS Ground as its standard delivery method.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is charged at the published rate based upon the shipping zip code.

Is international shipping available?

AllCustomWear only ships items forCarilion Clinic within the United States.

Will my items ship to my home or to my office/plant?

Please indicate the shipping address you prefer during checkout.

Returns/exchanges

Standard Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be made up to 30 days after the ship date of your order and return shipping will be at purchaser's expense. Exchanges are only accepted on unworn products and can only be made for items of the same style number, color, and logo, if applicable. Item needs to have all original tags still attached. If an item is on backorder and you do not wish to wait, a refund for that item will be issued upon your request.

Who manages the webstore?

AllCustomWear is the sole owner of the website and is responsible for its management, as well as for the production and shipping of all items ordered through the website or directly through AllCustomWear.

What is the relationship between Carilion Clinic and AllCustomWear?

Carilion Clinic has selected AllCustomWear as a preferred supplier for Carilion Clinic-branded products and has worked with them to ensure compliance with Carilion Clinic’s branding policy, negotiated pricing and quality assurance. Carilion Clinic is not responsible for the management of this website, or the production or shipping of any item(s) ordered through this site.

Privacy policy

How does AllCustomWear protect my personal information?

All AllCustomWear websites are PCI compliant and no credit card information is stored at our company nor do any employees have access to card user information. Credit card transactions are processed by Authorize.net, the leader in online transactions. You will not be marketed to or receive emails from AllCustomWear, except regarding an order made from the Carilion Clinic webstore.

PLEASE READ: Consumer is responsible for choosing correct logo. Please be aware of the logo you select based on your garment color. For example, the full color logo is not going to look good on a pewter or teal garment; the black logo will not look good on dark colored garments; the white logo will not look good on light colored garments. We will decorate all garments with the logo you choose and will not refund/exchange any garments for poorly chosen logos.
