OSFA stands for “one size for all.” This applies to items such as hats, bags or notebooks where different size options are not available. • How long does it take to get my order?
Most wearables on this site are produced “on-demand” and are not already in inventory with the Powell Industries logo. You can expect your order to deliver with 10-15 business days from the date you placed it.
• What logo options are available? All items will be embroidered/printed with the approved Powell Industries logo(s). In accordance with Powell Industries’ brand guidelines, the color of the logo depends on the color of the item ordered. The logo application (embroidery, screen print, emboss, etc.) depends on the item and is predetermined with Powell Industries and the manufacturer. Additional customization is not available on individual items.
Order tracking
• How will I know my order has been received by allcustomwear?
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after placing an order. This email will include your order number.
• How can I track my order? To track your order, click on the Order Tracking tab above. Input your order number to view the status.
• How will I know my order has shipped? When your order ships, you will receive an email with the UPS tracking number. Visit ups.com to track the status of a shipment.
Payments
• How do I pay for my purchase?
Uniform Allotment If you have a uniform allotment, the amount will appear in the upper right corner of the page when you log into your account. This amount will be automatically applied to your order during check out. Any remaining allotment will be available for future purchases. If your purchase exceeds the value of the allotment, you will be prompted to complete your purchase by utilizing payroll deduction or by paying with a personal debit or credit card..
Debit or credit card You may pay with a debit or credit card for all orders. allcustomwear accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diner’s Club cards. The charge will appear on your statement as “allcustomwear”.
Purchase order For bulk orders, your local procurement team may require that you use a PO number. Please check the order and billing process with your local procurement team before making a bulk order. To set up a PO account, please contact Ruthie Searcy, who will assist you with the process.
Shipping
• What service will be used to ship my items? allcustomwear uses Federal Express Ground as its standard delivery method.
• Is expedited shipping available? Since most items are not stocked, expedited shipping is not available at checkout. If you need your order shipped quickly, please contact Christy Scholz - cscholz@allcustomwear.com. Christy will assist in expediting your order as quickly as possible or offer alternative product available for faster shipment.
• Is shipping free? Shipping is estimated based on delivery location at time of checkout. • Is international shipping available? allcustomwear only ships items for Powell Industries within the United States.
• Will my items ship to my home or to my office/plant? Please indicate the shipping address you prefer during checkout.
Returns/exchanges
• Can I return an item? Because items are custom decorated for Powell Industries employees, allcustomwear cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect (color, size, logo, etc.). To initiate a return, please contact Order Support. A call tag will be issued to you and once the item has been returned and checked for damage, the new size will be shipped to you or a credit will be issued. allcustomwear must be notified of a return due to missing, damaged or incorrect merchandise within 30 days.
• Can I exchange an item? You may exchange an item for a different size, but it must be the same item you ordered, be in new condition and have all tags attached. To initiate an exchange, please contact Order Support. A call tag will be issued to you and once the item has been returned and checked for damage, the new size will be shipped to you. allcustomwear must be notified of your request for an exchange within 30 days.

• How does allcustomwear protect my personal information?
