What is the online return/exchange policy?
Exchanges are allowed for the same item (style) in the same color for a different size only- no refunds are permitted. We cannot accept exchanges of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed, or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels attached. All defective items can only be exchanged if deemed defective by the manufacturer. Tops and bottoms should be chosen from the same collection to ensure color match. Return shipping for size exchanges is the customers’ responsibility. Exchanges will not be accepted for mismatched items. Please allow 14 days to receive and process your return.
